People are attracted to different qualities of God.
Some resort to power, others to humanity, someone else to the presidency, power, wealth. This means that God touches everyone.
He is All Attractive. If we translate this word into Sanskrit,
we receive the Name - KRISHNA (All-Attractive).
(Sanskrit is the ancient language of the Aryan civilization.
The word "Sanskrit" itself means "perfect").
Supreme Personality
God is Krishna
Krishna is God, the Supreme Personality.
Krishna is the cause of all causes, the lord of matter and spirit, the source of all emotions, experiences and sensations, the highest object of worship and love for all living beings.
Krishna said, “In My implicit form I tramsfix the entire universe. All beings are present in Me, but I am not in them. And at the same time, everything created is outside of Me. Meditate my mystical power! Being the support of all living beings and being everywhere, I am not part of the material universe: by the power of Myself I am the source of creation.”
(Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 9, Texts 4-6)
"Bhagavad-Gita" (Sanskrit translation - "Song of God") is the world's only Divine knowledge, narrated directly by Lord Krishna Himself to his friend Arjuna on the battlefield of Kurukshetra over 5000 years ago. Their conversation represents one of the greatest philosophical and religious dialogues in human history, which took place before the first battle in the great fratricidal war.
The soul is neither born nor dies. It has never arisen, is not arising and will not arise. It is unborn, eternal, always existing and primordial.
It does not perish when the body dies.
Appearance of Lord Krishna
Lord Krishna comes to this world for the sake of His devotees. He Himself says in the Bhagavad-Gita, "Whenever religion declines and godlessness prevails, I Myself appear into this world, O descendant of Bharata. To liberate the righteous and destroy the wicked,
and to restore the religion, I come here from age to age."
Krishna
Krishna's devotee Brahma said:
"He is known as the One who conquers sin, commands the senses, takes care of friends and cows, sustains the earth, is the essence of the Vedas and the life of His lovers, and He is also known as the One who commands all energy. He is the Supreme Spirit, the Absolute Truth. Those who lovingly meditate on Him and worship Him, attain immortality, which is attained only in this way."
Krishna's devotees
Krishna means "God." All of us are closely related to Him as He is our original father. But we have forgotten this relationship. When we ponder over the questions, "What is my relationship with God? What is the purpose of life?", we are called Krishna conscious.
(Srila Prabhupada - Founder of Krishna Consciousness Society)
Knowledge of the soul
Everyone has Krishna consciousness deep inside his/her/its heart. But because we live material, conditioned life, we have forgotten it. The process of repeating the maha-mantra - Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare / Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare - revives the Krishna consciousness that exists.
(Srila Prabhupada)
Freedom of choice
Krishna is an individual and He also wants to be treated as an individual, to be genuinely interested in Him and not just want to get something from Him. So that everything should be mutual . For this He gives us freedom of choice, because He wants us to love Him unconditionally and willingly, not by compulsion. He really wants us to be together with Him so that this is our true desire. Whether to practice in order to gain material benefits or to serve Him is our choice.
Holy Name
The nature of the Holy Name is that it is not distinct from Krishna Himself. There is also no restriction to invoke the Holy Name. The repetition of the Hare-Krishna-maha-mantra is the most powerful method of awakening the dormant love of God within us. Maha means "great song," manas means "mind," traya means "purification." That is, it purifies the mind.
"O all-attractive, all-pleasing Lord, O energy of the Lord! Please let me serve You faithfully."
Principles of Freedom
By following these principles, we reach the level of a civilized person, our life becomes more qualitative, empowered and meaningful.
4 regulative principles
Srila Prabhupada gives the regulative principles as restrictions, which only appear to limit bad actions because they actually give real freedom-freedom from unnecessary attachments. Therefore they are also called "principles of freedom." They are as follows:
One who has not established connection with the Supreme Lord (in Krishna consciousness) is unable to spiritualize his mind and concentrate his mind. Such a person does not know peace, and without peace , no any choices to happy life
(Bhagavad-Gita As It Is. 02.66)
SRILA PRABHUPADA
Lord Krishna sends his devotees to earth
We all know that if any person in the West has heard the words "Hare Krishna", it means they have come in contact with Srila Prabhupada or his devotees in one way or another. It is because of Srila Prabhupada the words "Hare Krishna" are known by all of us
Srila Prabhupada's teachings
Srila Prabhupada did not invent his philosophy. He taught only what he had been received through the chain of disciplic succession from his teacher Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakur.
Parampara
Happy devotees
Srila Prabhupada said: "Repeat 'Hare Krishna' and be happy." That was one of the sutras. And when Prabhupada was talking to one priest, he said, -You will recognize my devotees because their faces are glowing with happiness!
Bhakti Yoga
The scriptures say that the highest perfection is to renew our relationship with God. Then true love for Him awakens in us, and out of that love we begin to serve Him. But service is not slavery, but a desire to live the happiness of another. It is a very happy process.
AVATARA
Avatara is the descent of the Lord into the material world in one of His forms with a definite mission (BG 4.8 com; UGC p. 111, SW 1.16.30). But even while manifesting in the material world, the Lord has a spiritual body (BG 4.6, SW 1.15.35)
Lord Chaitanya
Appearance of Lord Chaitanya
The Vedic scriptures foretold the appearance and activities of Sri Chaitanya, declaring him to be the incarnation of the Supreme Personality of God, Sri Krishna.
"Brahma thundered: "I will reveal to you a secret! On the bank of the Jahnavi (Ganga) in Navadvipa, which is called Goloka-dhama, the great one, transcendental to the three forms of material nature, Govinda is two-armed form of Gaura, the greatest mystic whose form is eternal, will manifest bhakti to the whole world.
God in 5 hypostases
It is very important for one to ask questions related to the Absolute Truth. In the Bhagavad-gita (4.9), Lord Krishna says, "One who knows the divine nature of My appearance and deeds wil never be given a birth in the material world. Leaving the body, he attains My eternal abode, O Arjuna."
